Patient Portal

Once you are logged in to your patient portal with our office, you can:

• Send a secure message to the office
• Request a prescription refill
• Update your medication list
• View a summary of your visit
• View and print a copy of your electronic health record from this practice

Please note that this portal works best with Mozilla Firefox browser. You may download Firefox for free at www.mozilla.org.

Please navigate to erwin.ema.md (no www prefix) and use the log-in information provided by our office (user name and password). If you do not know your user name or password, please feel free to contact our office at (979) 543-9933. In addition, our office staff is available to answer questions or to provide assistance regarding the portal.
