About Us
Dr. Melissa A. Kainer Erwin completed her undergraduate studies at Rice University and she subsequently obtained her medical doctorate degree from The University of Texas - Houston Medical School. Her residency training included an internship at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas, and then completion of her dermatology residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She is a board certified dermatologist and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is also a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Texas Dermatological Society and the American Society of Dermatological Surgeons. Dr. Erwin grew up in El Campo and lives here with her husband and three children.
Lindsey Crolley, PA-C completed her undergraduate degree in Allied Health at Texas A&M University. She then obtained a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She is a board certified physician assistant and is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Lindsey Crolley grew up in Ganado, Texas and is committed to serving the community in which she was raised.

Mission
The Practice of Melissa Kainer Erwin, M.D., PA provides a vast range of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatological services, delivered to our patients with the same care and compassion that would be extended to our own family. It is our belief that our services play an important role in our patients' overall health and well-being, and it is our mission to provide care consistent with advocacy of skin health through early detection, treatment and prevention.
